Claude began his journey with the blood industry as a volunteer. Then, while completing his bachelor's degree in education, he joined the Red Cross donor recruitment team in 1995 and occupied various positions within the organization. Since 1998, the year Héma-Québec was created, he worked as a call center agent, then technician and telerecruitment supervisor. Amongst his many achievements, he played a key role, along with the IT development team and marketing services, in the development and implementation of an efficient platform for donor relations. Launched in 2004, the platform has been improved a few times. Since 2012, Claude has been head of donor and volunteer recruitment services.

Senior Director of Donor Care, Vitalant

Brittany oversees recruiters in Western South Dakota, WY and Northern Colorado. Brittany started with Vitalant as a Donor Tech I, promoted to mobile supervisor, then a donor care supervisor, and then to Recruitment Manager. Brittany has a bachelor’s degree in biology, and a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development. Brittany has served on the ADRP conference, award and speaker committees. Brittany lives in Rapid City, SD with her husband and son, Asher.

Amanda currently lives in Davenport with a husband and six-year old son. With roots in the Quad Cities, Amanda has spent the last 18 years of her career in healthcare first in Marketing and Business Development with Genesis Health System and currently as Director of Donor and Public Relations for ImpactLife, a 501(c)3 regional blood bank serving 115 hospitals in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin and Missouri.

Theresa Pina, a graduate of the University of Houston, serves as the Vice President of Operations for Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center located in Houston, TX. With over 25 years of management experience, expertise in operations, marketing, public relations and donor recruitment, Theresa provides the vision and strategic direction for the organization and ensures they maintain an adequate blood supply. Theresa began her blood banking career in 2005 as a Recruiter, then moving onto various roles before being promoted to the Director of Donor Recruitment in 2009. In 2015, Theresa's responsibilities increased when she took on a second department, Mobile Collections, and then further expanded in 2017 when she became VP of Operations. She currently oversees multiple areas of the organization; a team of sales professionals responsible for the recruitment, planning, and logistics for over 7000 mobile blood drives each year in a rapidly changing business environment; a group of 185 healthcare professionals responsible for the blood collections in a highly regulated industry and a team of marketing and public relations professionals responsible for the marketing efforts needed to recruit and collect over 320,000 blood donations each year. Theresa provides the strategic direction for media and advertising and leads the development and implementation of the organization's brand, community awareness, and engagement.

Theresa's work with ADRP started in 2015 as a committee member before becoming a Board Member in 2017. Theresa has executive oversight of the ADRP Public Awareness Committee and has been the Master Class Co-Chair for two years.
